The world’s largest tuner of vehicles from the VW group and in this case Audi, continues a series which has been extremely successful both technically and optically. It all started with the Touareg moved on Q7 and VW Tiguan.

The Kempten based tuner now presents its newly developed design for Audi Q5.
The modification offered by ABT makes the smaller SUV Audi Q5 appear more powerful, confident and very harmonic.  

Pure class in every situation – that is precisely what this sublime SUV from ABT also stands for: the front bumper spoiler and the prominent front grille find their equivalent in the fender extensions and door trims. Each detail is optically harmonised up to the crowning “finish”, formed by the rear wing and rear apron. This makes the vehicle really stand out from the crowd and forces people to turn their heads.

Just like on the ABT Q7, the ABT parts can be painted in a colour different from that of the car for an even more unique exterior looks.  

The ABT muffler is also part of the perfect appearance of the ABT Q5, and with its four tail pipes precisely indicates the sporting pedigree of the SUV. The use of ABT alloys is also recommended, which look particularly good on the car in 22 inch form.
Compared to the series model, ABT Q5 is wider and has a more dynamic and aggressive look. 

That’s not all to be offered from ABT. The design improvements continue in the interior as well.
ABT offer decorative inserts made of carbon leather that improve the ambience and also give the “driver’s cockpit” a stylish and classy look. Sport pedals with ABT logo and a floor mat set is also included in the package. The Q5 goes about its work powerfully with the 3.0 TDI: with ABT POWER S it provides 310HP on the road. Thanks to the enormous torque of 610Nm the engine can cope with ease in any situation.

LUMMA E 50 CLR – the new E-Class W212

Tuner LUMMA Design is specialized in refining upscale sports cars.
LUMMA Design launches a special edition based on the E-Class W 212. This special edition convinces through a lot of design as well as horsepower.
To achieve perfect visual appearance and high speed – aerodynamics is of extreme importance.
At the front the tuner from Winterlingen mount a front spoiler bumper with integrated daylights.
Unobtrusive side skirts (optional available with LED-entrance lighting) and design sport fender with integrated vents and a high gloss polished fin made of aluminium give a clear signal. The LUMMA CLR Bodykit contains also a lip spoiler and a very sporty rear valance bumper with separate diffuser (optional available made of Carbon). Highlight: the trunk lid with integrated rear spoiler tearing edge and elongated changeover to the bumper – all made of Carbon/Kevlar in weight saving construction!

Extra light and up-to-date wheels were mounted for an extreme broad tread width. The serial model of the E-Class does not lack in capacity – but even here LUMMA Design offers diverse solutions.
An increased performance of the E 500 with V-Max cancellation up to 316Kw (450 hp) and 550 Nm torque. A D-Box is available for all Diesel –types, the increased efficiency is declared with about 20 %. Additional there is a “GPM-Powermodul” responsible for a better response of the accelerator and a noticeable performance enhancing.
LUMMA Design offers to this a special sport exhaust system, made of the finest stainless steel with 4x90 mm end pipes. After intensive development work the complete exhaust system is now ready for serial production.

The interior has changed positively too. A pedal-set for accelerator and brake pedal and emergency brake made of milled aluminium with non-slip rubber naps. Additional a footrest with rubber naps and a set of car mats made of high-class suede (optional available in leather) and with embroidered crest. Sporty standard combined with individuality.

Furthermore there is an individual fitted trunk mat made of suede with the crest. An entrance strip set with lighted LUMMA lettering. Such detailed solutions are only known from luxury limousines. The new lifestyle is complete with the enlargement of the speedometer up to 300 Km/h. Now just get in and feel at home. Lumma Design Presents it's interpretation for Porsche Cayenne 957

Porsche Cayenne was a risky step taken by Porsche into the SUV segment and it proved all critics wrong by turning into a great success for the company. Porsche Cayenne remains one of the favourite tuning subjects for many tuning companies.
Lumma Design have presented their interpretation of the Cayenne 957 by showing this mean machine at the Essen Motorshow in 2008.

The model is called CLR550 and it features new appearance and performance upgrades.
The new wide bodykit features fender extension that broaden the SUV 5 cm per side, new front bumper, new turn signal unit, new rear bumper, sport look front hood with air ducts and new sportive side skirts.
The LUMMA Design CLR 550 R stands on 23 inches wheels measuring at 11×23” wrapped in Michelin 315/25-23 tires at the front and rear. The SUV is also equipped with LUMMA lowering sport suspension system which lowers the vehicle by 40 mm.

To boost the power from the Porsche GTS V8 engine, LUMMA has reprogrammed the ECU and equipped the Cayenne GTS with LUMMA GPM (gas pedal power module). The GPM provides better respond of the gas pedal and more dynamic acceleration. LUMMA also provide a red coated engine cover with carbon inlets at the engine compartment.

The CLR 550 R is fitted with a stainless steel sport exhaust system with flap technology which produces a
deep and sonorous racing sound.

Compact extra class - the new Tiguan

The SUV family from the Allgaeu region gets a sleek increment. The new ABT Tiguan is more than the "small" brother of the successful Touareg. The car presents itself very self-contained in technology and form. "With its straight lines and curves at the right place it is a very likeable car," says Hans-Jürgen ABT. The managing director of the successful Allgäu-based company is convinced that the Abt Tiguan will become a big hit.

Actually the designers from Kempten tailored a body kit for the newcomer which underlines the dynamical car body and the powerful appearance of the many-sided automobile. The single components perfectly harmonize with each other.

Front spoiler and front grille accentuate the impish face and let it look considerably more aggressive. Thanks to the fender extensions the ABT Tiguan appears even more brawny, the door strip attachments in the entry area take up the hip bend of the serial car. Rear skirt and rear wing form a suitable rear view of the overall successful car. Both perfectly harmonize with the 4-pipe rear muffler, also optimized in sound for the Diesel so that the self-igniting engine sounds really aggressive and sporty.

Recommendable as perfect completion are the noble wheels from ABT Sportsline. If the owner of a Tiguan decides for the classic AR or the new BR wheel with its expressive, corresponding spokes, is a matter of taste. And so is the size of the wheels, available in 18, 19 and mighty 20 inch. Of course, also complete wheel-tyre sets can be ordered.

But the ABT Tiguan not only looks powerful, its riding qualities authorize it to be a sporty car for all opportunities. No matter which motorization the Tiguan driver chooses, in the Allgäu one always gets a significant power increase. This means, the power of the 1.4 TSI will be increased from serial 150 hp (110 kW) to 200 hp (147 kW). And the Turbodiesel with two liters cubic capacity then offers 170 hp (125 kW) instead of 140 hp (103 kW). If more is demanded, ABT Power S with the new ABT Turbo comes into consideration. Then, in the 2.0 TDI (147 kW) engine, 200 Diesel horses come into force, noticeably pushing the car. Thanks to the suspension springs and the adjustable sports suspension from ABT, the Tiguan brings its power onto all lanes and offers a lot of driving pleasure, especially on curvaceous country roads. Due to the fact that such an active car must remain controllable in every situation, the team from Kempten installed the Abt brake system, measuring 345 x 30 millimeters, in their compact SUV.

The latest member of the Kempten SUV family is easily able to get out of the mighty shadows of the ABT Touareg and ABT AS7 because the ABT Tiguan is a compact extra class of its own.

However, this is not enough for the German tuner based in Laupheim: Hamann Motorsport. Not long ago, Hamann presented their package of aerodynamic components, wheels, exhaust systems and interior accessories that make this vehicle even better looking.  In order to turn an ordinary limousine with sporty aspirations into a true sports car, several modifications are necessary.  

Hamann has started with the aerodynamic improvements that consist of a front spoiler with integrated LED daylight lights, Side skirts, rear and roof spoilers and a rear center panel/diffuser that is used in combination with a Hamann sports exhaust system with 4 end-pipes. With this package, the vehicle has a more aggressive look and definitely stands out from the crowd.

The Importance of Oil
A K&N Air Filter is made of 4 to 6 layers of cotton gauze sandwiched between two epoxy-coated aluminum wire screens. The cotton is treated with a specially formulated grade of oil causing tackiness throughout the cotton’s microscopic strands. The nature of the cotton allows high volumes of airflow, and when combined with the tackiness of the oil creates a powerful filtering media that ensures engine protection. In contrast, most other media can not maintain the same balance of airflow and filtration throughout the filter's life without sacrificing one or the other. Fuel Economy
Fuel economy testing and mileage claims are a tricky business. Just ask the EPA, whose website states, “EPA’s fuel economy estimates are designed to allow consumers to comparison shop. Your fuel economy will almost certainly vary from EPA’s fuel economy rating. This is based on a number of factors, such as weather, road conditions, your driving and maintenance habits, and your use of air conditioning.” A lot of exaggerated claims are made in the marketplace by products claiming to improve gas mileage. Passion has a new name - ABT R8 GTS Spyder

Red is the colour of love – and the Spyder ABT R8 GT S is on display in an elegant, self-confident red chrome tone at the Motorshow Geneva. A contrast is provided by the middle section of the car with carbon dominating from the bonnet to the rear wing. When designing the car, the Motorsport Department of ABT Sportsline paid attention to weight reductions and the perfect distribution of weight. With its dynamic carbon inlays at the side and on the covers of engine and convertible-top the cabrio signalises that it is one of the fastest around.
 

The front skirt, rear skirt, windscreen frame cover, red air scoops, engine bonnet or even the mirrors are not just design, they are made of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CRP) and are correspondingly light. The sports car is the perfect weight to achieve highest performance.

The dream car from Bavaria now brings 620 HP (456 kW) onto the road thanks to ABT POWER. This is compared to 525 HP (386 kW) on standard models. A performance improvement of almost 20% is a statement in the super sports car class: the ABT R8 GT S sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 320 km/h.

The cabrio with the 5.2 litre V10 engine is fully compatible for everyday use and is real fun for cruising on country roads. After all the “hot open-top sports car” is open to anything. And thanks to the ABT Suspension the setup is optimal at all times. The Sports exhaust system provides good acoustics and is an important part of the design concept, it harmonises with the diffuser, rear wing and trapeze-shaped rear skirt. The car is not just extremely quick, but also looks like it is. It makes hearts skip a beat, especially when the light metal alloy ABT BR in 20 or the CR Superlight in 19 inch announce the car’s inherent power even when stationary.
 

With the ABT R8 GT S the love of detail continues in the interior: ABT Sportsline has “dressed” the sports steering wheel, the centre console, the shifting gate and parts of the door panels in red carbon. As a contrast the remaining parts of the doors and the dashboard were covered with new leather. The texture of the material is expressive and elegant. The red and black leather of the seats perfectly harmonises with this styling. Red safety belts and illuminated door sill panels round off the powerful appearance of the ABT R8 GT S.

Elegance in its most impressive form – the new ABT A7

Your first glance at the elongated outline of the A7 is a magical moment which you will want to repeat again and again. Like an elegant feline predator, the vehicle shows that it is ready to pounce at any time and is very dynamic. The ABT side skirts support this impression further. They make the extravagant Audi seem even more muscular, it is a sports car in a perfect tailor-made suit. The front spoiler and the rear skirt set with the distinctive 4-pipe exhaust unit underline the fact that ABT has placed special emphasis on "sport" with the new A7 Sportback.
 

"For us the A7 is a car whose optical qualities also must be reflected in its driving performance", explains Christian Abt. The General Manager of the traditional Bavarian company, who is responsible for technical developments, stresses that the A7 has to meet and the high demands of its owner, both as a premium road vehicle and as a sporting machine. This applies to both the 3.0 TFSI and the 3.0 TDI. "We think that the diesel engine suits the A7 perfectly, as it combines torque and unbridled power with the highest possible economy", says Christian Abt. With ABT POWER the series standard 245 HP (180 kW) is increased to a powerful 282 HP (207 kW). The big turbo diesel runs even more powerfully with ABT POWER S: this is because the "in-house" turbo charger from ABT SPORTSLINE is applied and the Sportback therefore brings 310 HP (228 kW) onto the road. With its powerful torque of 610 Nm the machine is both superior and offers high-torque and quick acceleration in every situation. The ABT A7 becomes a real sports car with a petrol engine: thanks to ABT POWER the six cylinders now offer 410 HP (302 kW), compared to the series-standard 300 HP (221 kW).

ABT offers designer light alloy wheels in the sizes 19 to 21 inch to suit the extravagant Coupé limousine with the practical tailgate. The alloys are, of course, also available in combination with high-performance tyres, so that nothing else stands in the way of driving enjoyment. In combination with the lowering of the air suspension thanks to ABT Level Control, the ABT A7 now sticks to the road even more. Impressive performance, elegance and extravagance now have a new name – ABT A7.

Lumma BMW X6

BMW's hard-to-classify X6 is still warm from the oven, so to speak, and already the tuners are lining up to make it hotter. One of the first to step up is LUMMA Design. The Winterlinger-based tuner's has proven that their products are among the top on the market. Most of the cars offered by Lumma Design have proven to be a great success.
CLR X 650 is the name of the model based on the BMW X6, it features a widebody kit and performance upgrades and was displayed at the Essen Motor Show.

LUMMA's kit starts on the outside, with monstrous 23-inch wheels and a full widebody kit including 5cm fender extensions, front and rear bumper spoilers and side skirts. Carbon-fiber detailing is also used on the show car. An air ducted carbon hood is also included. The CLR X 650 is snugged down over those massive wheels thanks to a 35mm drop courtesy of the lowered sport suspension designed by LUMMA.
The 4.4 liter turbocharged V8 has a reprogrammed ECU and a stainless sport exhaust to boost power, and LUMMA has also introduced a "gas pedal power module" (GPM) that increases pedal response.
The interior has not escaped notice either. Leather and Alcantara wrap the seating surfaces, while red LUMMA-logo gauges and floormats make sure it's obvious who's responsible for this vehicle. Aluminum pedals and footrest are also engraved with the LUMMA logo. 

Lumma BMW X6M

Lumma Design also offers a modification for BMW X6M. The project is called the CLR X 650 M features wild and extremely wide body kit. Including extended fender flares, matching side skirts, new set of bumpers, rear diffuser, black grille and a massive rear spoiler.All this beauty sits on 23-inch wheels that covers the high-performance Brembo brakes.

In the interior Lumma's stylists replaced stock leather with a more exclusive grade.You can see also little bits like carbon fiber and "Lumma" badges.

All the power comes from a modified V8 4.4-liter twin turbo with 650hp and 830Nm and allow the CLR X 650 M to take 0-100km/h in 4.5seconds and achieve top speed of 312 km/h.

The car will be unveiled at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
